okay so heres the final masterpiece :) actually its far from over and I'd like to work on it further, this is only the beginning. Tony and myself have started a collaboration as a result of this dissertation and Brian Gahona in NY is similarly writing a dissertation on the same topic. My thanks to everyone who contributed to this study. you've all been wonderfully supportive with your emails. close to 350 pages of email correspondence alone went into writing the dissertation. and I've made some great friends along the way.
